This policy explains what happens to your files and information when you use TurnIntoPDF.com ("TurnIntoPDF", "we", "us").

Your files never leave your device

Every conversion happens inside your web browser. The photos, documents, spreadsheets and PDFs you add are read and turned into a PDF on your own phone or computer. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see, store or keep copies of them. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

Information we don't collect

You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site. We don't run our own analytics or tracking.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technology to show ads and to measure how they perform. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show you ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can turn off personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center, and from many other ad companies at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses information from sites that show its ads at policies.google.com. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Services that help run the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the conversion tools load from public code libraries (cdnjs and jsDelivr). Like any website, these services receive your IP address when your browser requests files from them. None of them receive your files.

Children

TurnIntoPDF is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and rights

Because we don't collect personal information ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. For information Google holds about you, use your Google account settings or the links above. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or California's privacy laws may give you extra rights; contact us and we'll help where we can.
